CPA
Franklin J. Luppe
Franklin J Luppe is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) serving individuals and businesses in the Middle Tennessee area. He has over twenty years of professional experience working with clients and business. He has a strong background in individual and corporate taxation, accounting and business planning.
Frank earned his Bachelor's Degree from Austin Peay State University. In addition to being licensed as a CPA, he has also earned the designations of Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

Senior Accountant
Carol Yuill
Carol Yuill is a Senior Accountant who supervises the accounting functions for our business clients throughout the year.
She received her Bachelor degree in Accounting from Murray State University in 1991. Carol has been with Franklin J Luppe CPA since 2011. Before coming to us, Carol’s work experience included 6 years of accounting experience in both Corporate real estate and nonprofit organizations as well as 15 years as a stay-at-home mother.

Senior Accountant
Bethany Muresan, CPA
Bethany Muresan is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and serves as a Senior Accountant, helping lead the firm’s accounting team with expertise and dedication. She brings a broad range of experience in individual and small business taxation, non-profit accounting, and payroll services. Bethany earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Roanoke College. Since joining the firm in 2020, she’s been passionate about serving individuals and businesses and remains committed to delivering reliable, client-focused accounting and tax solutions.

Staff Accountant
Carlos Valle
Carlos Valle is a Staff Accountant at the firm, specializing in accounting services for small businesses. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Austin Peay State University.
Carlos also brings extensive experience in payroll processing, multi-state payroll tax management, State unemployment and Federal tax filings. In addition to business accounting, Carlos also prepares individual tax returns.

Stephanie Welch
Stephanie Welch is a dependable Staff Accountant that works closely with small businesses to ensure their financial data is accurate and complete. She also has experience preparing individual tax returns, helping clients navigate personal tax matters with confidence and clarity. Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from Austin Peay University and has been a valued member of the firm since 2023.

Staff Accountant
Taylor Cabanillas
Taylor Cabanillas is a Staff Accountant who joined the firm in Fall 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Austin Peay State University, and she will begin the MBA program in early 2026. Taylor’s background includes experience in individual tax preparation, student financial services, and five years of service in the U.S. Army. Across each role, she has been known for her reliability, organization, and strong attention to detail.
At Luppe, Taylor takes pride in helping individuals and businesses gain clarity in their finances and providing support year-round.

Chloe Amrhein
Chloe is an accounting student at Austin Peay State University who is building a strong foundation in financial reporting, tax concepts, and practical accounting skills. She is committed to producing accurate work and developing the qualities needed to support individuals and small businesses with their financial needs.
Outside of academics, Chloe enjoys spending time with her dog, staying active in their church community, and being with friends and family.

Payroll Administrator
Cindy Moulton
Cindy Moulton is a Payroll Administrator here at the firm. She handles all the payroll for the clients along with quarterly and year-end payroll taxes. She has been with the team for over seven years. Cindy has her Associate’s Degree in accounting from Volunteer State Community College.

Office Manager
Georgia Jordan
Georgia Jordan is the welcoming face you see when you stop by the office. As an office manager, she works with the team to coordinate communication with clients. She works hard to make each and every client feel welcome and taken care of in a very professional manner. Georgia has been with Franklin J Luppe CPA since 2022. She has several years of experience in management positions and customer service. Georgia has a Bachelors Degree in English with a minor in Business from Purdue University.

Aneb Valcárcel
As an administrative support professional, she works closely with the team to coordinate communication, organize documentation, and ensure clients receive prompt, professional assistance. Aneb has been part of the Franklin J. Luppe CPA office since 2025 and brings several years of experience in administrative operations, budgeting support, and customer service. Her attention to detail and bilingual communication skills helps create a smooth and reliable experience for every client.
